Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I've proudly called Scottsdale, Arizona home since 1999 and currently split my time between Scottsdale and Cleveland. With over 15 years in real estate, I've built my career around providing reliable housing solutions and strategic property investments. Starting my journey in 2007 and obtaining my Arizona real estate license in 2009, I quickly established a successful nationwide wholesaling operation, supplying thousands of homes to major financial institutions.
My experience includes creating and stabilizing rental portfolios, particularly in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and completing numerous residential renovation projects. Additionally, I've invested strategically in industrial real estate, expanding my expertise across diverse property sectors. Today, my passion is centered on building a comprehensive real estate company focused on acquiring, managing, and delivering quality, affordable residential properties.
I am particularly dedicated to bringing affordable housing solutions to the Midwest, starting with Ohio, and expanding to include single-family homes, multifamily residences, and mobile home parks. My ultimate goal is to create lasting value for communities and investors alike, consistently adapting to evolving market opportunities.
